Reviews and Ratings
Our experience at Eastwell Manor was quite disappointing, especially considering we were looking forward to a luxurious spa weekend. While the grounds are beautiful, the lack of cleanliness in the spa area and the noise disturbances from other guests made it hard to relax. Although some staff members were attentive, overall service needs improvement, especially during busy times. The food was decent, but the dining experience could have been more organized. I wouldn't recommend paying full price based on our experience.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The beautiful surroundings and well-kept grounds were truly a highlight. I also enjoyed the spa facilities and the attentiveness of a few staff members. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, particularly with breakfast service that was frustratingly slow. Additionally, the room, while charming in design, felt a bit inadequate for the price paid, especially with some maintenance issues. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
My stay at Eastwell Manor was a mixed bag. The charm of the property and its historical features were quite appealing, but the service left much to be desired and the noisy atmosphere made it difficult to relax. While the dining experience had its highlights, especially during breakfast, it was often overshadowed by service delays and confusion about reservations. Overall, I appreciated the beauty of the gardens and the spa facilities, but I wouldn't say it was a seamless experience.
My recent stay at Eastwell Manor was quite the mix, showcasing beautiful grounds and a lovely spa, yet marred by several disappointments in service and dining. While the historical charm and well-kept gardens added to the experience, the issues with the dining arrangements and inconsistent service really detracted from what could have been a great weekend getaway. Despite some nice moments, I left feeling it could definitely improve to justify the cost.
Eastwell Manor has a stunning approach and interior, creating a memorable first impression. While our food quality during the afternoon tea was outstanding, the service fell short, lacking attention and engagement. The spa facilities were lovely, but the experience was marred by staffing issues. Overall, the hotel has great potential but needs refinement in service to truly shine.
